CCMS is looking for two (2) experienced English-speaking Call Center & Digital Marketing Agents to join our team at our new office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Role Overview:
We are seeking candidates who can efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls while also assisting with SEO and Google Analytics follow-ups.
πΌ Primary Responsibilities:
π Call Center Duties:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls exclusively in English, as all our clients are English-speaking.

Promote CCMS software solutions to potential clients from a provided list.
β
Clearly explain features and benefits of our applications to drive adoption.
β
Engage with potential clients professionally to generate leads and conversions.
π SEO & Google Analytics Responsibilities:
β
Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics.
β
Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
β
Track and analyze user behavior to enhance digital marketing strategies.
β
Provide SEO recommendations to increase online visibility and engagement.
Job Requirements:
β
Fluent English speaker (all clients are English speakers).
β
18+ years old.
β
Willing to work irregular hours.
β
Degree in Communication, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
β
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or Google Analytics is a plus.
β
Must be able to quickly learn and understand the CCMS software during training.
